(A) The city hereby agrees to the creation of a joint committee consisting of representatives of all taxing bodies with jurisdiction over property within its borders, and adopts the internal operating procedures, attached to the resolution codified herein as Exhibit A, for governance of the said committee, on condition that all taxing bodies with jurisdiction over any parcel of real estate also adopt these procedures.
(B) The said committee be instructed, when considering requests for settlements by any property owner, to apply the exemption criteria attached to the resolution codified herein as Exhibit B.
(C) The Mayor be designated as the official of the city who is authorized to execute any settlement agreements ratified pursuant to these procedures.
