§ 92.44 DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE.

   The Department of Agriculture, as laid out in the State Fireworks Law, Act 43 of 2017, Article 24 Fireworks shall oversee the following:

   (A)   Sales locations;

   (B)   Licensing fees;

   (C)   Inspections;

   (D)   Conditions of facilities;

   (E)   Temporary structures;

   (F)   Consumer fireworks tax;

   (G)   Disposition of funds;

   (H)   Transition; and

   (I)   Removal, storage and destruction.
