§ 92.02 AUTHORITY.
   The City Council, under, and by virtue of and pursuant to the authority granted by Third Class City Code, 11 Pa.C.S. §§ 10101 et seq., P.L. 662, No. 164, as amended, does hereby enact and ordain this subchapter.
