(B) A violation of this schedule will consist of a fine of $10 per occurrence to be paid within 72 hours. After 72 hours, the fine will be increased to $15 per occurrence. If the fine is not paid within 14 days of issuance, the violation/ticket will be referred to the District Court Justice whereupon additional fines and court costs may be imposed.
