(A) In the case of angle parking, the right front wheel of the car shall be not more than six inches from the curb and the car shall be parked at an angle to the curb of 30 degrees.
(B) No vehicle over 20 feet from curb to rear of the vehicle shall park on any street where 30-degree parking is used, except for the purpose of immediately loading or unloading merchandise, freight or other goods.
