§ 73.04 NIGHT PARKING.

It shall be unlawful to park or leave standing longer than one hour any vehicle on any street in the city between the hours of 3:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. where official signs are erected. If this section is violated on more than one night, each nights’ violation shall constitute a separate offense.
