A. Contents: The written notice of violation described in Subsection 4-4-2.B.2 shall:
1. Identify the property owner according to the records of the county recorder;
2. Identify and describe the property;
3. Explain the nature and results of the inspector's examination under Subsection 4-4-2.B.1, specifically describing the violation(s) existing on the property; and
4. Order the property owner to eradicate, remove, repair, or otherwise abate the identified violation(s) on the property within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the inspector, but in no case fewer than ten (10) days after the written notice is delivered in person or postmarked.
B. Service:
1. The inspector shall mail the written notice of violation:
a. To the last-known address of the property owner as given in the records of the county recorder; and
b. To the property address, if different from the address in Subsection 4-4-3.B.1.a.
C. The inspector shall serve the written notice of violation under penalty of perjury. (Ord. 22-01, 2-15-2022)
