4-4-2: THE MUNICIPAL INSPECTOR:

   A.   Appointment: Pursuant to Utah Code § 10-11-1(1)(b), the Corinne City Town Council shall appoint a municipal inspector for the purpose of carrying out inspections and directing abatements as provided in this Chapter.

   B.   Powers:

      1.   The municipal inspector shall examine and investigate real property in Corinne City to ascertain the existence and extent of any violation of the provisions of Section 4-1-1 hereof.

      2.   Upon finding that a violation of Section 4-4-1 exists, the inspector shall deliver written notice thereof in accordance with Subsection 4-4-3.

      3.   The inspector may neither authorize nor direct the abatement of conditions associated solely with a structure's interior unless required for the structure's demolition and removal. (Ord. 22-01, 2-15-2022)
