4-4-1: AUTHORITY TO ABATE VIOLATIONS - RESPONSIBILITY:
   A.   Authority: Any condition caused, permitted, or maintained in violation of any provision of this Title 4 may be abated by Corinne City pursuant to the procedures set forth in this Chapter.
   B.   Responsibility: The owner of any property, as well as any non-owner occupant thereof, has an affirmative duty to maintain that property free of any violation under Section 4-1-1. (Ord. 22-01, 2-15-2022)
