(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) Any person or persons violating § 91.01 shall be subject to a penalty of $5.

(C) Anyone violating § 91.02 shall be subject to a penalty of $50.

(D) Anyone violating the provisions of § 91.03 shall be subject to a penalty of $50.

(E) (1) Any violation of any provision of § 91.05 shall subject the violator to a civil penalty in the sum of $50 per day.
(a) A citation for the civil penalty shall be issued by the appropriate town official.
(b) Each citation for a civil penalty must be paid within the designated hours of issuance.
(2) Each and every day that the violator continues in violation shall be a separate and distinct offense.
(3) The municipality may also, and in addition, seek any and all appropriate equitable remedies, injunctions and/or abatement orders from the appropriate court of competent jurisdiction.
(F) Anyone violating the provisions of § 91.06 shall be subject to a penalty of $50 and each and every violation shall constitute and be deemed a continuing offense and shall be subject to a penalty of $50 for each and every violation.
