351.031 FRONT AND/OR SIDE YARD PARKING-CONDITIONS PROHIBITED.
   (a)   No person who parks in a front yard and/or side yard or permits parking in the front yard and/or side yard shall allow the front and/or side yard to become a hazard, a danger to health, or unsightly. These conditions include, but are not limited to: ruts; holes; indentations; standing water; mud; grass, weeds and/or vegetation in excess of six inches; or allowing the front yard to become devoid of vegetation.
   (b)   Whoever violates Section 351.031(a) shall be guilty of a fourth degree misdemeanor. Each day in violation of this section during which or on which the violation continues shall be deemed a separate offense. In addition to the penalty provided herein, the owner or occupant of the property shall be required to remediate the hazardous, dangerous or unsightly condition.
