1323.99 PENALTY.

(a) Any owner or occupant of premises who fails to abate the existence of a public nuisance as required by Section 1323.02 et seq. is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. If the offender previously has been convicted of a violation of any provision of this chapter, Chapter Thirteen - Conneaut Housing and Building Code, the International Property Maintenance Code, 2012 Edition as adopted by the City pursuant to Chapter 1361 or any other similar property maintenance code of the City, a violation of any such provision is a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.

(b) Whoever violates or fails to comply with any provision of Section 1323.16(b) or Section 1323.17 of this chapter shall be fined not more than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) or imprisoned not exceeding thirty days, or both.
