1323.09 FIRE DAMAGED STRUCTURES; INSURANCE PROCEEDS.
   (a)   The City hereby authorizes and directs adherence to the procedure described in divisions (C) and (D) of Ohio R.C. 3929.86.
   
   (b)   The Planning and Zoning Manager is hereby designated the officer to carry out the duties of Ohio R.C. 3929.86.
