917.17 PRIOR ORDINANCES.

That any and all prior ordinances or portions thereof that are inconsistent with the provisions contained herein are hereby repealed in their entirety and to the extent that any other existing ordinance has any provision with respect to trees that is in conflict with any provision of Chapter 917, then the provisions of this chapter shall control.
