943.08 RATES AND FEES.

   (a)   It is hereby ordered that for the purpose of paying the expenses of conducting and managing the Water Department of the City of Conneaut there be and hereby is assessed upon all consumers supplied with water by the City of Conneaut rates and fees described herein. Nevertheless, the City Manager and/or Council of the City of Conneaut expressly reserve the right to adjust said rates and fees to cover future increases in the cost of materials and labor.

   (b)   Fee Schedule.

   Rates and fees for Section 943.08(b) shall be as established by ordinance and amended as necessary. Said rates and fees are located within Chapter 110 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Conneaut.

   These By-Laws and Regulations may be amended, repealed or supplemented at any time by the City Manager.
