Whoever violates Sections 1377.02 and/or 1377.03 is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues and for each repeated violation. Any person convicted of a second offense of this chapter within two (2) years of the first offense shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
