1357.10 DEMOLITION.

No demolition of any property as defined in Section 1357.03, or any tree removal shall be undertaken prior to obtaining a certificate of appropriateness from the Review Board and a demolition permit from the Building-Zoning Inspector unless otherwise provided by law.
