MATERIAL OR DEBRIS ON ROAD
It shall be unlawful for any person to throw, scatter or deposit any glass, nails, tacks, wire, cans or other material or article likely to injure any person, animal or vehicle upon any road or street.

The driver or operator of any vehicle who drops, throws or scatters any material or article which is destructive, dangerous or likely to damage other vehicular traffic, or who permits a passenger to drop, throw or scatter the same must immediately stop and cause the material or article to be removed from the road or street.

It shall be unlawful for any person removing a wrecked or damaged vehicle from any road or street to fail to remove any glass, metal parts or other debris left by the damaged vehicle which is likely to be injurious to traffic.

STREET DESIGNATIONS
The City Council may, by resolution, designate certain streets or portions of streets, as arterial or collector streets in accordance with the current version of the State and National Classification systems.

The City Council may, by resolution, designate certain streets in the city upon which trucks shall or shall not travel, and it shall be unlawful for any person operating trucks to travel streets other than those designated, except to pick up or make deliveries. The Traffic Control Device Committee shall cause notices to be posted or signs erected indicating the streets so designated and shall make recommendation to the Public Property, Safety and Works Committee for such signage.
