§ 52.006 RIGHT OF CITY TO SHUT OFF WATER.
   The city may shut off the water supply at any time, from any or all premises, to repair the plant, pumps or mains, to make extensions or connections, or for violations of this chapter or failure to pay water charges, or for any other purpose that may be deemed necessary by the Director of Public Works, any permit granted to the contrary notwithstanding, and no claim for damages shall be made against the city or the Director of Public Works on account of any such shutoff or on account of a failure of the water supply from any cause.
