(a) Provide the municipality with accurate and current information concerning the telecommunications carriers and providers who offer or provide telecommunications services within the municipality, or that own or operate telecommunication facilities within the municipality;
(b) Assist the municipality in enforcement of this chapter;
(c) Assist the municipality in the collection and enforcement of any municipal taxes, franchise fees or charges that may be due the municipality; and
(d) Assist the municipality in monitoring compliance with local, state and federal laws.
