§ 872.03 REGISTRATION.

Except as otherwise provided herein, all telecommunications carriers and providers engaged in the business of transmitting, supplying or furnishing of telecommunications originating or terminating in the municipality shall register with the municipality pursuant to §§ 872.08 through 872.10 of this chapter.
