Every person operating a business or a firm, partnership, corporation, club, society, fraternal organization, lodge or association located in the municipality to whom a permit is granted, shall pay to the municipality an annual permit fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) each for every bowling game, skee-ball, shuffle board, bumper pool or other mechanical or electronic device, or any other similar or related device displayed in such premises.
