No person operating a business or a firm, partnership, corporation, club, society, fraternal organization, lodge or association located in the municipality shall have on display in the various aforementioned premises, a pinball machine, video game or other similar or related device, coin-actuated or otherwise, for the purpose of affording amusement to the customers, members or guests frequenting the aforementioned premises, unless such person, firm, partnership, corporation, club, society, fraternal organization, lodge or association has obtained from the municipality a permit to display the aforementioned pinball machine, video game or other similar or related device, coin-actuated or otherwise, with the exception that this chapter does not apply to private homes in this municipality.
