§ 804.07 CARNIVALS AND CIRCUSES.
   (a)   License required. No person who is the owner, manager, agent or person in charge thereof, shall exhibit or present, or cause or permit to be exhibited or presented, within the municipality, any public exhibition or presentation of a carnival or circus, for which any money or admission charge or reward is in any manner demanded or received, or any street parade thereof, unless a license has been obtained as provided in this section.
   (b)   Issuance of license; fee. The Chief of Police is hereby authorized to grant a license to any suitable person applying for the same to present or exhibit in the municipality a carnival or a circus and/or a street parade thereof, upon the payment of a license fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) for each day of performance thereof.
   (c)   Bond. The Chief of Police is hereby authorized to demand and receive, before granting any license required by this chapter, a good and sufficient bond in a sum not exceeding one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) to indemnify the municipality against any loss or damage to any street or other municipal property, to protect the citizens against any losses through nonpayment of just claims for materials furnished and for work and labor by reason of the presentation, exhibition or parade of any carnival or circus and/or a street parade thereof.
