§ 642.13  DAMAGING PUBLIC PARK.
   (a)   That portion of the Public Square at the intersection of Park Avenue and Main Street, located between the curb and sidewalks at each corner of such Public Square, is hereby designated as a public park.  No person shall drive over or upon any of such public park or do anything that would deface or disfigure the appearance of such park.

   (b)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree and shall be subject to the penalty provided in § 698.02.
