(a) The cultivation, processing and/or retail dispensing of medical marijuana, as the same is defined in Ohio R.C. 3796.01(A)(2), effective September 8, 2016, is hereby prohibited within the city.
(b) Whoever violates any provision of this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree. Each day that any person continues to violate any provision of this section shall constitute a separate and complete offense.
