§ 1045.35 MAINTENANCE AND FINAL INSPECTION APPROVAL.
   (a)   To receive final inspection and acceptance of any project the following must be provided or completed:
      (1)   Disposition of all temporary erosion and sediment control measures.
      (2)   Final stabilization and all permanent erosion and sediment control measures must be established.
      (3)   Permanent storm water management facilities must be installed and made functional per the approved plans.
      (4)   At the discretion of the Planning and Zoning Department, an "As-Built" survey may be requested; said survey must be certified (sealed, signed and dated) by an Ohio Registered Surveyor and/or Engineer, as applicable with a statement certifying that the storm water facilities, as designed and installed meet the requirements of the plans originally found in compliance by the Planning and Zoning Department. This may include a new set of storm water facility calculations to be provided if the design was altered significantly. The "As-Built" survey must minimally provide the location, dimensions, and bearing of such facilities and reference the entity or individual(s) responsible for long term maintenance.
   (b)   The above listed items must be received by the Planning and Zoning Department prior to receiving approval for the maintenance period inspection for subdivisions and prior to receiving final inspection approval of all other construction sites.
