§ 1045.25 MAINTENANCE OF TEMPORARY MEASURES.
All temporary and permanent erosion and sediment control practices shall be maintained and repaired as needed to assure continued performance of their intended function throughout the course of soil disturbing activities and until any up slope development area is restabilized. As construction progresses and the topography is altered, appropriate controls must be constructed or existing controls altered to address the changing drainage patterns. If periodic inspections or other information indicated a control has been used inappropriately or incorrectly, the applicant must replace or modify the control for site conditions. Other erosion and sediment control items may be necessary due to environmental conditions and may be required at the discretion of the city or its representatives. The owner will be responsible for such maintenance until final inspection approval by the city.
