A storm water pollution prevention plan (SWP3) must be reviewed and found in compliance with these regulations by the Planning and Zoning Department prior to the commencement of any soil disturbing activities. The owner of a site with this approved SWP3 must notify the Planning and Zoning Department within 48 hours before initiating any soil disturbing activities. The Planning and Zoning Department shall also be notified upon project completion to grant final site approval of the project and ensure associated long-term maintenance agreement has been submitted and recorded for any storm water management facilities and built for the project.
