§ 1045.03 STORM WATER MANAGEMENT REPORT REQUIRED.

All new and redeveloped commercial sites, industrial sites, institutional sites, condominium developments, planned urban developments, and subdivisions are required to submit a storm water management report to the city. The storm water management report must be signed and stamped by a registered professional engineer licensed to practice in the State of Ohio.
