§ 1490.02 MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PERSONS IN DWELLING UNITS.
   Not more than an acceptable number of members in a family, including guests and/or domestic employees, shall occupy a dwelling unit. Roomers will not be permitted unless a certificate of authorized occupancy for a rooming house has been granted by the Housing Inspector. Not more than three adults of the same sex, but not necessarily related, may occupy a dwelling unit as a family, except to include a domestic employee.
