§ 1488.15 ROOF GUTTERS AND DOWNSPOUTS.

All required roof gutters and downspouts shall be maintained in good repair. Downspouts shall be connected to a storm sewer, unless specific permission is granted to do otherwise, such as to use splash blocks or to connect to a dry well.
