§ 1488.11 MAINTENANCE OF DOORS AND WINDOWS; BROKEN PANES.

Every occupant of a dwelling unit shall maintain all exterior doors and windows in a workmanlike and attractive manner. Broken glass panes in windows or glass panels in doors shall be promptly replaced with glass or material of similar quality.
