§ 1488.06 CONDITION OF ACCESSORY STRUCTURES AND WOOD SURFACES.

All accessory structures, including detached garages, shall be maintained structurally sound and in good repair. All wood surfaces, except decay-resistant woods, shall be protected from the weather by paint or other protective treatment.
