Abandoned or inoperative stations, which do not come within the definition of an abandoned station, as defined in § 1460.01, must be maintained as follows:
(a) The owner must cut all grass and remove all rubbish and weeds; and
(b) Parking of motor vehicles is prohibited and a sign to such effect must be placed in the station window.
