(a) The minimum front yard depth is 35 feet for all buildings.
(b) The minimum rear yard depth is 30 feet.
(c) Minimum side yard widths are as follows:
(1) Single-family dwellings: seven feet minimum, with a total of both sides equal to a minimum of 15 feet;
(2) Two-family dwellings: ten feet each side; and
(3) Multi-family dwellings: ten feet each side.
