§ 1262.18 APPLICATION FEE.

Any application for an amendment to this Zoning Code shall include the fee specified under § 1262.05 to cover the cost of publishing, posting, mailing the notices of the hearing and other expenses incident thereto. Such fee shall not apply to any amendment initiated by Council, the Planning Commission or the Board of Zoning Appeals.
