§ 1262.13 APPLICATIONS FOR ZONING CODE AMENDMENTS.
   (a)   Applications for amendments to this Zoning Code shall include the following, as applicable:
      (1)   Evidence that the proposed amendment would materialize in an equal or better Zoning Code than the existing Code;
      (2)   A statement of the proposed text change in the regulations set forth in this Zoning Code;
      (3)   A statement of the proposed change in the number, shape, area or regulations of districts established on the Zoning Districts Map;
      (4)   Evidence that the existing Zoning Code is unreasonable with respect to the particular property and that it deprives the property owner of his or her lawful and reasonable use of the land, except that for the purposes of this Zoning Code, a limitation upon the financial gain from the land in question shall not constitute unreasonable zoning;
      (5)   A statement giving the names and addresses of the owners of all properties lying within, contiguous to, and directly across the street from, any part of the property, the zoning of which would be changed by the proposed amendment if enacted; and
      (6)   If an application is initiated under § 1262.12(d), a fee as specified under § 1262.05, which fee shall not be refundable.
   (b)   Applications shall be submitted on forms made available by the Zoning Inspector.
