The subdivider shall submit to the Planning Commission a sketch plan, legibly drawn at a suitable scale and containing the following information (See Figure 8 immediately following these subdivision regulations):
(a) The proposed subdivision in relation to existing community facilities, thoroughfares and other transportation modes, shopping centers, major manufacturing establishments and residential developments, which may be identified on a U.S.G.S. map of the area;
(b) The layout of streets, lots and nonresidential sites, such as commercial, manufacturing, school or recreational uses, within the proposed subdivision;
(c) A notation of the utilities available for extension to the proposed subdivision, which may be noted on the sketch;
(d) The scale and title of the subdivision, the north point and the date; and
(e) The names, addresses and telephone numbers of the owners and developers.
