§ 36.06 REPORTING.
   (A)   All licensed holders shall file reports containing the information required by §§ 36.04 and 36.05 with the Committee at least every six months, or at any other times as requested by the Committee.
   (B)   All licensed operators are required to notify the Committee should they cease to meet any of the requirements set out by §§ 36.04 and 36.05.
