§ 96.99 PENALTY.

(A) Any person who violates any provision of §§ 96.01, 96.04 and 96.06 shall be assessed a penalty of $50 for the first offense and $100 for each and every subsequent offense, without consideration for the timing of the subsequent offense/s.

(B) Any person who violates any provision of § 96.02 shall be assessed a penalty of $100 for the first offense and $250 for each and every subsequent offense, without consideration for the timing of the subsequent offense/s.
