§ 96.06 PARK RULES AND REGULATIONS.
   (A)   Any person using vulgar or profane language shall be removed from any park owned, operated, or maintained by the city.
   (B)   Fireworks and any devices used to play paintball are strictly prohibited in all parks owned, operated or maintained by the city. An exception may be made upon request and approval from the governing body.
   (C)   Open fires are strictly prohibited in all parks owned, operated, or maintained by the city, except in designated areas.
   (D)   Littering is strictly prohibited in all parks owned, operated, or maintained by the city.
   (E)   An adult, or older responsible child, shall accompany all children ages five and under at all times in all parks owned, operated, or maintained by the city.
   (F)   Hunting is strictly prohibited in all parks owned, operated, or maintained by the city.
   (G)   Ice fishing and swimming are strictly prohibited in all parks owned, operated, or maintained by the city. Ice skating is only authorized in specifically designated areas which are marked with appropriate signage authorizing the activity.
   (H)   Fishing from the shore is permitted in parks owned, operated, or maintained by the city. However, children ages 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult. This division does not permit ice fishing, even if it can be accomplished from the shore.
   (I)   Trash dumpsters in all parks owned, operated, or maintained by the city are only to be used for trash accumulated in the given park where the dumpster is located. No other trash shall be permitted.
   (J)   In all parks owned, operated, or maintained by the city, parking shall only be in designated areas.
