(A) Any park, or extension thereof, owned, operated or maintained by the city shall maintain the following designated hours: open 5:00 a.m. and close at 11:00 p.m. Within any park, or any extension thereof, owned, operated or maintained by the city, any non-lighted recreational activity or event is open for use during daylight hours only, i.e. dawn to dusk.
(B) No persons, other than an authorized officer, employee, or agent of the city on officialbusiness, shall enter any park, or any extension thereof, owned, operated or maintained by the city when such park is closed. Further, within any park, or any extension thereof, owned, operated or maintained by the city, no person shall engage in any non-lighted recreational activity or event prior to dawn or after dusk.
(C) Any activity or event that exceeds park hours must be approved by the Park Director, or his/her designee.
