All of Colorado Springs Utilities existing or hereafter acquired assets or income producing facilities used for the provision of nonregulated products and services and other related purposes shall be part of CSU's "System" to which the lien and pledge provided in the bond ordinances for the City of Colorado Springs Utilities' outstanding and hereafter issued revenue bonds will apply.
