10.1.312: OFFICIAL TRAFFIC CONTROL RECORDS:
   A.   The Traffic Engineer shall cause records to be kept of all the streets or parts of streets where traffic regulations have been authorized and signposted pursuant to the provisions of this chapter.
   B.   The records shall include records of streets and parts of streets where the following regulations and controls have been authorized and made effective:
      1.   Speed limits determined pursuant to section 10.5.103 of this chapter;
      2.   Minimum speed limits established pursuant to section 10.5.106 of this chapter;
      3.   One-way streets established pursuant to section 10.9.101 of this chapter;
      4.   Stopping or standing restricted or prohibited pursuant to section 10.13.102 of this chapter;
      5.   Parking prohibited or restricted pursuant to section 10.13.102 of this chapter;
      6.   Parking meter zones installed pursuant to article 15 of this chapter;
      7.   Right-turn-on-red and left-turn-on-red prohibitions declared pursuant to subsections 10.17.105C1a and C1b of this chapter;
      8.   Traffic signals authorized pursuant to section 10.1.311 of this part;
      9.   Truck routes as designated pursuant to section 10.21.102 of this chapter;
      10.   Medians that are not designed or suitable for pedestrian use pursuant to section 10.18.112 of this chapter.
   C.   The records shall be open to public inspection during business hours and copies thereof made available to courts and other concerned agencies and officials requesting the same. (1968 Code §6-26-12; Ord. 75-86; Ord. 85-263; Ord. 92-67; Ord. 01-42; Ord. 17-6)
