EDITOR'S NOTE: This chapter, previously titled "Clerk-Treasurer," and being a codification of Ordinance 333, passed December 21, 1942, as amended by Ordinances 447, passed January 10, 1955; 1131 passed March 14, 1988; and 1251, passed April 26, 1993, was retitled "Finance Director" as part of the 2000 updating and revision of these Codified Ordinances, to reflect the change effected by the Village Charter, approved by the voters on November 2, 1999.
