All funds received by the Village and its various departments shall be deposited into an approved depository set forth in Section 234.04, according to the following schedule:
(a) Less than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) shall be deposited by the last business day of the month;
(b) Amounts in excess of two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) but less than five hundred dollars ($500.00) shall be deposited by the Friday following the receipt of the funds;
(c) Amounts in excess of five hundred dollars ($500.00) shall be deposited within one business day of the receipt thereof; and
(d) All funds on hand at the end of each month shall be deposited priro to the close of business for that same month.
