234.03 COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS FOR DIRECTOR AND CLERK OF COUNCIL.

The compensation for the Finance Director and Clerk of Council shall be as determined from time to time by Council. Benefits shall be those presently in effect or hereinafter established by Council.
