For the purposes of this chapter, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings respectively ascribed to them by this section:
SOUND AMPLIFYING EQUIPMENT: Any machine or device for the amplification of the human voice, music or other sound. "Sound amplifying equipment", as used herein, shall not be construed as including standard automobile radios when used and heard only by the occupants of the vehicle in which installed, or warning devices of other vehicles used for traffic safety purposes.
SOUND TRUCK: Any motor vehicle or horsedrawn vehicle, having mounted thereon, or attached thereto, any sound amplifying equipment. (1960 Compilation § 25-201)
