Any person who violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be fined in a sum not to exceed two hundred dollars ($200.00). Each day such violation is committed or continues to exist shall constitute a separate offense and is punishable as such. In addition, violation of any of the provisions hereof shall be a basis for injunction at the suit of the city, or at the suit of any person adversely affected thereby. (Ord. 81-10, 5-4-1981)
